Warrior Dash

The Warrior Dash was held on July 23rd and 24th at Afton Alps in Hastings, Minnesota.  The event is part of the Warrior Dash series which is held at several locations throughout the country.  The race consists of a 5K race with an extensive obstacle course.  The obstacles include a crawling through mud under barbed wire, running through a scrap yard of rusted wreckage, rappelling down a deep ravine, maneuvering over cargo nets, and leaping over fire.

The team from Phatty Natties in downtown Fergus struck their warrior poses (below).  (Thanks to Natalie Rund for the picture.)  The warriors are: Tera Robb, Melissa Rund, Jeanne Anderson, Monica Schultz, Natalie Rund and Natalie Knutson.
