Saturday morning we ran a brisk 12 mile run against a strong southern wind. The wind pushed us back to the YMCA for a fast finish. There were several other runners out on the streets of Fergus Falls on Saturday morning.
Date-filled cookies from Service Food provided a good post-run reward.
