Josh Cox To Speak At Fargo Marathon

Josh Cox, the current U.S. record holder in the 50k (31 miles), will speak at the pasta feed of the Fargo Marathon (4:00 and 7:00 pm on the second level of the Fargodome) on Friday, May 18th.

Cox set the American record for the 50k at the P.F. Changs Arizona Rock 'n' Roll Marathon in 2011.  He missed the world record by seven seconds.  The course was extended for him after the marathon finish line.  He won the P.F. Changs Marathon (2:17:32) en route to the 50k record (2:43:45).  He beat his previous record set in Arizona in 2009 (2:47:17).  See a post race interview here.
