Meet at the YMCA

monday                        5:45 a.m.   STRENGTH WORK at the track
tuesday                        5:45 a.m.    
wednesday                   5:45 a.m. 
thursday                       5:45 a.m. 
friday                           5:45 a.m.
saturday                       6:30 a.m.

  1. Do you mind if out of towners come and run? I'm training for Twin Cities marathon and would love company for as many miles as I can get. What paces are usually run?

    1. We would LOVE to have you join us. We are also training for the Twin Cities Marathon and following the Hanson Marathon Method. Typically run around town. Speed Work Mondays are always a blast!

  2. Where do you meet Saturday mornings? How far are you planning for Saturday, July 26?

  3. We meet at the YMCA at 6:30. Typical paces are anywhere from 8:00-8:45 and if it's a tempo run for marathoners that are in training, the group typically splits up. Marathoners tempo runs range from 7:24-8:15 and they are usually in the 2-4 person groups training together. Feel free to join. It's great to meet new people.
